They are looking for SharePoint Developers who can demonstrate:
- Real world commercial experience in delivering SharePoint 2010 solutions (or previous versions of SharePoint Server)
- Solid .NET development experience
- An understanding of all SharePoint features, along with the ability to present these features and their benefits to existing and potential clients
- Top notch communications skills, both spoken and written - this is a customer facing role
- An in-depth working knowledge of Content Management, Collaboration, Portal and Search technologies
- Experience customising SharePoint solutions, using for example, web parts, custom page layouts, workflow and web services
- An ability and eagerness to mentor others
And it would be to your advantage if you have experience in the installation and configuration of SharePoint.
